Harvey Norman Albany … quote of the decade.Got a price on an air purifier. Asked salesgirl if that was her lowest price. Looked at my daughter to ask if she wanted it. Before I could say I wanted it, she responded with ‘ you don’t have to buy it’We didn’t and won’t. Shocking customer service. So disappointing. HN used to pride themselves on customer service and training staff to be professional salespeople.

great staff, great product. I just give a 4 stars as I found cheaper next door.

After having an issue with a recent purchase at Harvey Norman in Albany W.A, I returned the item on Friday afternoon and explained the situation to a sales assistant by the name of Ken who was keen to assist in a speedy resolve with my return, by Sunday afternoon the same sales assistant (Ken) was working behind the sales desk and immediately recognised me and explained he was happy to provide a replacement item.The overall customer service was pleasant and professional and unlike other large retail stores I have encountered I believe Ken went above and beyond to assist and resolve the issue.5 stars to Ken @ H N Albany.

Would not recommend in the slightest. Between telling me that there isn't much difference in price between the foam matteress which I was told they didn't have in stock and another mattress only for the one they sold me to be more than a mattress we purchased with the bed. Was told my couch was with a different freight place so would be extra I said I would pick it up only for it to come with the rest of my stuff anyway minus a TV they forgot. The way the $1600 bed frame is screwed together has me less than impressed. Chips in my fridge. If we didn't need all the stuff I would of sent it all back and ask for a refund . Safe to say the rest of the stuff for the house will be purchased elsewhere.

Pathetic service.Went in to use the photo service, when i asked for help I was told we are too busy, you will have to work it out your self.Left the store with out photos and other items I went in for. Bad luck you missed out on my business and I will not be back. What's happened to customer service. Not good enough I would give you no stats but that's not an option.

Friendly helpful well-informed staff. A pleasure to shop here! I was after a mattress, base and delivery and was quickly assisted in finding the perfect fit. I even managed to buy floor stock at a significant discount which was perfect as could get a much better quality mattress still within budget.

Our go-to store for furniture and electronics. Great knowledgeable friendly staff, great selection and reasonable prices.

Very large, I think we were asked about 20 times if we needed help. No lack of staff.

Took 30 minutes to bring out a fridge and washing machine to be loaded on our trailer with no one else waiting. When they had brought out the fridge after 30 minutes, one worker asked the other if the washing machine was sorted and he said he didn't know and the other worker said isn't that the one you brought out before. Hopeless! Customer service in store was great.

It was very interesting, although I did have difficulty seeing some items as there wasn't enough room for my walker to fit.
