Fantastic service at the counter. Very straight forward to hire the storage units and love the fact that they have a trailer that can be hired for free when you have a storage unit from there. Was also hassle free cl9sing the account when I no longer needed the unit anymore.

clean,plenty of storage unit sizes and prices to choose for your needs ,a little bit pricey compared to some privatly owned storage facilities ,but good luck landing one of those bang smack central to Hobart and it's industrial sector.the staff a tops and will always help you out with a fork lift if you organize it by 3 pm otherwise it becomes to late in the day,the hours open to the client are responsible as i think you don't have to be off site till 10 pm but it may be 9 pm .overall it works for the many hundred who use it I guess .

Paid $393 (one month rental with one month free) for a small unit and retrieved our belongings yesterday after 7 weeks, to find them covered in dust and fibres. Our particular unit had a poorly sealed staircase for an upstairs unit cutting into our space and it seemed that those stairs had been swept and the muck swept into the cavities on either side of the staircase, causing it to settle over our belongings which we had to clean before loading into our vehicles. I called the Manager who had no explanation for why this had occurred but apologised and suggested they might need to seal that unit a bit better. I do not recommend this facility.

This self-storage facility is a fantastic choice for short-term storage. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the sign-up process easy and straightforward. The clean and secure units provide a peace of mind. Prices are reasonable, and although insurance coverage starts after 5 days, the overall experience is positive. Just remember to bring your own lock and note that access is not available 24/7. Highly recommended!

I've had a unit there for roughly two years and the price has gone from 81$ 106$. When the flood happend I had no acces to my unit for over a month but they were still charging and a week after I regained entry the hiked the prices from 94$ to 106$.

Paid money few days ago now demanding more when I went in paid cash. Was ment to get reciept by email but got a letter of demand for payment after payment was discussed and I pay every 2 weeks
