Zonte's Footstep - Admin Shed
Ordered some wines and other goodies off their website as a present. Due to poor handling by the courier company the parcel was smashed and lost in transit. Lauren was very helpful at assisting in tracking down the package when it never arrived and quickly replaced the damaged items. They also kindly sent a bonus bottle of wine to make up for the inconvenience, which was a very kind gesture especially considering it wasn't their mistake in the first place.
