wanted to go from medium to long length of hair to a pixie for the first time. quite a big decision, but Jackie was top-grade in helping me through it. You know you're with a professional when they listen to your wants and concerns, tell you the pros and cons of a haircut, what to expect and how to possibly take care of it, and not just go with what the customer wants. got a great long pixie that suits my face shape really well in the end.
