I am not sure how serious they are in providing training. The IT infrastructure is quite appalling and the admin support is very poor. I am not sure what to say if they don't even reply the email after following up three times (within a span of a few months) and it shouldn't go to their junk mail because we did have some email correspondence before.

Wouldn't answer my calls or respond to my emails when trying to confirm a booking for training. Cancelled the course at the last minute as the trainer went to Melbourne instead and did not notify me. Used another training organisation!
