I tried to invest in a property through my SMSF in WA. Investing in SMSF is a very stringent process. One has to be very careful when choosing a settlement agent or conveyancer. Not everyone knows the subject.Initially, I chose a different settlement agent whom I found to be very poor in conveyancing knowledge and lack even common sense. They are not even able to spell our names correctly on legal documents.
