Bought a box of pokemon cards and it had 3 booster packs in it. 2 were fine but one pack most cards had a line down them. I took them back and they say you've opened them so we can't do nothing. How was I suppose to know they were bent in the packet. I've spent thousands in this shop now ill be putting on my 10 million view tik tok account to tell everyone what happen. This is how you treat your loyal customers. Disgusting.

I often go in on my lunch break, I'm hopeless I always leave with a purchase! Haha - Christmas was a huge success last year thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff helping Santa! Haha

I trade in alot of games but lately I have noticed this store will add refurb charges when the games are in perfect /new condition, no cracked cases, nothing wrong. I feel staff some are being spiteful because they want to dissuade me from using services EB games offers at this store.
