My husband and I are researching our first caravan and visited the Ballarat location last weekend. After having a look in the lot, we went inside with some questions. A nearby Parts guy came over and after we explained what we were after, he looked over towards the sales reps and asked if anyone could help us. Nobody moved. In fact, one of them got up and walked away. I asked the Parts guy why they aren't interested in a sale, and he said he was confused too, and couldn't excuse their response. Totally dismayed, and turned off to Jayco now. How do they sell anything???

On our way from Geelong to Mildura we had an issue with an electric brake controller cable. We detoured back to Jayco Ballarat and were given exceptional service from the moment we arrived. They diagnosed and fixed the problem without question and we were back on our travels within half an hour.Superb service from all concerned. Thanks guys.

Trade in old camper for almost new jayco journey, staff very friendly and helpful, although I wanted to take it straight away I had to wait for delivery, I'm a second time buyer at jayco and will continue to do business with them.

We had the best experience with Jayco Ballarat. We needed to sell our van and they gave us a very good price for it. Tristan was extremely helpful. We live in Geelong and because of some health issues we couldn't tow the van to Ballarat Rob came to Geelong and collected it. No-one approached us to assist and we just wandered around hoping to find the step system we wanted. As all of the staff seemed too busy with admin tasks to assist us (when we were the only customers in the place) we went to Anaconda instead and bought our steps.

Outstanding service, dropped our van we purchased secondhand recently to have bed tent ends replaced under warranty. All Staff were very friendly and helpful. The repairs were completed quick and to a high level, workshop crew cleaned van to as it was after they had finished. Grant was very helpful with 1 small issue and we all come to and easy agreement. Thanks all, highly recommended and appreciate the repairs completed today. Cheers
