Toilets 7/10, clean enough. Coffee 6/10, adequate not average.Toastie 5/10, not very hot.Breakfast burger 5/10, very ordinary.Hash browns 1/10, tasted awful!I hate how drive through gets priority yet half the order we got had obviously been waiting for the other half to be made, so it went cool. Never again.

I haven’t visited such a decent HJ for a while. The girl who worked at the counter is really helpful. I left my drink at the counter, it gets melted a bit. She just made a new one for me. The burgers are well made. The chips are hot and fresh. Thanks for giving me such a good lunch at Goulburn.

My hamburger (a double Angus & Bacon) was very greasy, and surprisingly, even the outside of the bun felt greasy. This made it not only unpalatable but also hard to eat, with the meat constantly wanting to slip out, even when eating with two hands.The worst part of the visit was the men's toilet, which had a witches cone and a sign saying wet floor, which I assumed meant it had been recently cleaned, bit no, It was due to the urinal being blocked and overflowing onto the floor. I was not standing in residual water but pooled urine. Disgusting. At least the staff closed it quickly when I reported it. Overall, this was a terrible experience , and not one. I will be revisiting..

I've never had a complaint here until today. Very disappointed large onion rings were cold, soggy and unappetising. New crispy chicken tropical burger not worth $17.05 each. I think it will be awhile before I crave HJs again

They forgot our cheese burger order. Lucky, I check before we walked out. But they gave it to us, apologise, smile. We enjoyed our chicken and cheese burgers and chicken pieces, so All good.
