I purchased a Stairmaster and was advised it was 3 years old. On arrival it was not in the condition advised to me and was definitely not three years old. I was told the team at gym services would arrange a refund and collect the item. Since this date phone calls and messages have been ignored and no-one will contact me back.Team lies about age of machines and service history. Disappointing when you pay alot of money for a machine.
