Bought a three burners bbq couple weeks ago falling for 20% discount and 24 months interest free period with Go master card on offer.At the counter I was told that for 24 months, I have to go through application process but there is a six months interest free option is available immediately and I did accept just to make the process faster. Today after receiving my credit card statement, I have noticed there is no interest free period has been applied and I have to pay full amount by due date.To add to the pain,one of the three burners ignition system doesn't work.

Store is cramped and needs a refresh. Staff need to back off when I tell them: 'I am just browsing'. (Just wouldn't stop piping in and giving suggestions?) I went next door to TOFS and whilst that store is also dated, the personal in store service was great. We bought next door. (Shopping is emotional. You wont buy from somebody if they have your back up.) Staff need sales training. Active listening courses will help in this case. A pleasant store person never the less, just listen to the customer!!

Great staff (Will) who knew a lot about everything I was looking for. He was able to recommend a few cookers that fit what I wanted and went through the pros and cons until we both knew what was right for me.Was very happy that he also recommended the best charcoal smoker wood and rub. Dinner tonight is going to be Smokey!!!

I hope the owner will read this. I went there to shop for an outdoor cantilever umbrella. The staff were unwilling to help, they said 'No' too many times: 'we cannot show it, it cannot be done, we don't have stock of this, we cannot deliver tomorrow, nothing can be done about the ticket price' etc etc. It is Christmas and these sales boys didn't come across as wanting to sell anything at all. I walked out within 10 min and bought my umbrella from somewhere else.

Purchased BBQ from Brookvale store.Could not have been more impressed with staff, very helpfuland product range was great.Pricing very competative, ample parking, all round a greatshopping experience. Thanks Brooky BBQ Galore.

Great, great service. Alex was fantastic and help us get exactly what we needed and the price was phenomenal. I would highly recommend that next time you need a BBQ, do not shop anywhere else.

We bought an outdoor setting this week from your store and both hubby and I were so impressed with your service and products. Teneal was lovely, so friendly and knowledgable. Free delivery was made next day, James and his colleague were also very friendly and helpful. We love our new furniture and will be recommending your store to everyone.

I’ve never had terrible service at this location, you’ll find not just bbq’s but outdoor furniture, gas bottles, bbq accessories, replacement parts as well as gas refills which all makes it worth the visit.

Great customer service. I'd like to commend and thank Tenille and the staff at barbeques galore, Balgowlah. We purchased a Ziggy which turned out to have a fault which was replaced without issue - following through on their consumer guarantee.
