More training needed for staff.Purchased a children’s jersey marked for $49.99 and had a $50 note in my hand. The staff member scanned it and said the computer price was actually $55 and regardless of what the tagged price says I need to pay the extra $5.I Dont care about the money but your staff really need to learn the law.

Very good store wide variety of products across the store and the staff are very helpful.

Would have been nice if there were more children's and youth merchandise, they were lacking for some teams.

Never get to see this store in person

The team member was so rude. More interested in her personal call and having it so loud that I could tell you every detail she discussed than serving customers. Once she’d put my sale through she quickly disappeared to continue her personal call and undid her opportunity for an add on sale as I had found more that I wanted but as she wasn’t interested I wasn’t going to hang around I’ll get the same thing from my team store. If you value customer service avoid this store at all costs as this isn’t first time I’ve experienced this either.

I wanted to buy a Western Bulldogs towel. I called my local store in Hoppers Crossing, but they didn't have stock, though they told me that Highpoint did have one in stock. I called the Highpoint store, and was assured that there was indeed one in stock, and that it would be set aside for me. I drove all the way from Wyndham Vale to Highpoint, only to be told that there was no towel there waiting for me. The gentleman who served me ordered a towel from the Northland store, to be sent to Hoppers Crossing - at least he was reasonably helpful. He blamed the item's absence on a casual staff member, but who ever's fault this was, it is very poor form. I only give the one star in the hope that I will eventually receive the towel. Other than that, the service is pathetic.

The shop is useless and a waste of time just like the game itself

Had the most important teams gear in stock, ranges form the basic apparel to the match game quality stuff. Don't know about the prices being any cheaper.

Such a poor experience.Gear is cheap import and overpriced.Shop is poorly laid out and limited sizes.Staff chatting with each other like they were at a bar.For such an important part of AFL brand, this is so disappointing.
