I would highly recommend Cape Cod Australia to anyone considering a home extension. Cape Cod designed and built our first floor addition and remodelled our bathroom, all works were completed on time and under budget, with excellent communication and service.

I made an inquiry despite us being well past the warranty period. They followed up promptly and sent a member of their maintenance team who was very helpful. Their after-sales service is amazing. Definitely recommend using Cape Cod - so professional!

Cape Cod put a second level on our home. They were fantastic from start to finish! They worked really hard and the end result is fabulous. I couldn't be happier. Everyone was great to deal with. We had trades on-site everyday. The Site Manager was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Cape Cod were excellent from start to finish. We had a second storey addition completed in a little over four months, including a break over christmas. The project management, communication, work quality and price were all great.

I had a fantastic experience building my upstairs space with Cape Cod. We worked with Ross during the initial consultation and design stage who took the time to understand our vision and family needs. During the build we worked with Andrew who was professional, organised and available anytime we had questions. The trades crew were efficient, professional and tidy throughout the build. I believe the Cape Cod Team are experts in their field. We are extremely happy with our renovation.

Cape Cod have just finished our renovation and we couldn't be happier. We've renovated a few times and they are by far the standout. Super professional, things ran on time, and any issues were handled with customer service at the forefront. The most impressive thing was how they handled the inevitable differences that arise during a big renovation. We would thoroughly recommend them.

I have been a contractor for Cape Cod for over 25 years - I cannot recommend them highly enough. Cape Cod proved to be a fantastic experience, our build took approximately 9 months, some 4 months quicker than anticipated. We had a fantastic foreman /team who kept in contact with us at every step.we are completely happy with the outcome... its exceptional.
