Mixed experience. When we entered we were met with an incredibly rude and unhelpful salesman. He seems unwilling to answer any questions and just continued to push vinyl flooring onto us despite us stating we had no interest in it. halfway through us looking through samples that we had to ask for 3 times he just walked off. Thankfully Helen came past and saw us looking confused and was very helpful. She bumped our review up to a 3 (she has been 5 stars so far). We have purchased floorboards through her and are hoping from here it continues to run smoothly dealing with Helen.

Quite simply the best quality and price, significantly cheaper than the larger hardware retailer. I know from past experience that they do amazing floor coverings at the best price, however I didn't think to use them on artificial turf and am so glad I did. There is more to this product than meets the eye, they have clearly done a lot of work and research to get the product right.

The guy’s from Hoppens Floor did a excellent job of laying the carpet for me and the staff in the shop were friendly and knowledgeable, Hellen gave me a great price I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Office staff were experienced, knowledgeable, polite and prompt. Great range of products and quite affordable.But the installation contractors were an absolute nightmare, they winged about the company they were working for, they complained about the job all day, the had lots of breaks then complained it took the longer to do... and in the end did a pretty average install of the productI chose.It was a ridiculously stressful day.I will be asking someone a manager or someone to come and look at the job to fix all of the gaps that are in the floor, but they won't be able to fix how uneven it is....
