Great service by Dirk for both of our properties. Made it easy with full reports and you tube video on items that need fixing. Easy to discuss re: how to fix non compliant items. Very responsive to phone calls and sends through reports very quickly.

I would highly recommend Dirk from My Pool Inspector to anyone needing their compliance certificate. I first contacted him about boundary fencing and hedges and he was more than happy to clarify my issues over the phone. It was 6 months later when l booked him for the inspection and he turned up on time and again was very helpful on the few issues l had and even fixed the gate hinge for me. Great bloke, very easy to work with and will even contact me when our next inspection in 4 years is due.

We got in touch with Dirk as our previous inspector attended our house, inspected our pool and then never returned our calls or provided the compliance certificate. Dirk was absolutely amazing. He came to the rescue and was able to inspect our pool and fix the gate for us (as we were interstate) before finalising the certificate all within 24 hours of contacting him. I would highly recommend his services.

He checked our fences and made sure they were all compliant and gave us advice about 4 issues which we resolved and then received our compliance certificate. He was very professional but relaxed and made it all as easy as possible. No hesitation in recommending him if you need your certificate.
