My dad has been renting a laptop and a monitor for literally years now.I feel bad for my poor dad who didn’t know better at the time but to sign a contract. Basically, you’re RENTING a product, paying 3x or 4x the price of it originally, and then at the end of it you have to return the gear, or make an offer to buy it.It’s just such a ratty company, I don’t understand how they get their figures it’s just ridiculous

We had been customers with Radio Rentals Adelaide for 35yrs. Service was great, replacement of goods not repairable not a problem. Other repairs were rapidly taken care of.....AND we could do face to face transactions. All of a sudden a year or so ago we discovered that we are no longer renting from Radio Rentals but from Inrent. Service is non existant

My original HP all in one that I'm paying off through INRENT was not able to be repaired. Inrent supplied me with another HP all in one. The new pc came directly from Victoria Australia, so therefore Nigel at INRENT Adelaide did not see the new pc at all.My old pc had a webcam built in and also a WIFI driver. The new pc has none of that and INRENT keep sending me dongle wifi things.I have been an INRENT customer for over 12 years and this is the worst they have ever treated me.Nigel in the repair section won't talk to me on the phone.The message I keep getting told is that the replacement pc is LIKE FOR LIKE" which it is not.I got so angry last time I rang them that I slammed the phone down after yelling at the person on the other end. I'm in the process of contacting Department of Fair Trading."

made first payment direct from my account to theirs and received email,messages requesting payment 9 days later, sent them a email of bank transfer receipt and received another message that day stating they have not received payment and to avoid fees pay now. how can a finance company fail to track payments completed electronically.

Do not use this company! It's never worth renting from scam artists like these. Stupid late fees and little interest in helping people out. They're happy to put people into debt, even if those people can't afford it.

Terrible place, lied to about the specs of a laptop, and when I tried same-day to get it all reversed on those grounds, they told me the best they could do would be to give me the next level of laptop (Not for free, I'd have to pay the extra cost of several hundred on it).Again, lied to me to get me to take a contract and would not do anything about it. I'm glad the stores are all shut/shutting and hope they die out completely soon.

Have rented for many years and not had a problem. A lot of my family have too. It is hard to get some parts on some products as most have to come from overseas but l have found if it is available they will bend backwards to help..very happy!

So my dad's washing machine broke down and they refused to fix it unless he had a receipt.. he's literally still paying for it and it's only 6 months oldAlso, they outsourced their customer service to people who have such a poor grasp on the english language. My dad and I couldn't even understand 10% of what this lady was saying, I couldn't even figure out the email address she was trying to give me. I hope this place goes into bankruptcy and rids the world of it's predatory behavior

I've copped late fees because these guys are almost impossible to get a hold of.You're lied to in store & get worked if you just happen to be struggling a bit later on down the track.Even electricity providers aren't the level of Nazi these guys are, they don't hand out late fees like it's going out of fashion.

Biggest rip off ever. Do not under any circumstances purchase anything from this company whether it's irent radio rental or radio reinvented. The amount i paid for a lap top i could have put a deposit on a house. Communication is disgusting they never get back to you. Only by an automated e-mail. Run away do not purchase anything from this lot
