Found Josh and his service to be first class where he went out of his way to help us and sort out our retic problem.Great enthusiasm and can highly recommend the service.

Just purchased reticulation products for lawn area..the retic assistant in the shop was very helpful and a real expert on explaining our needs..i could not say enough of how good he was..i would have no hesitation in buying retic products from their shop..excellent experience...

Put a pump in for repair. Job completion was on time and at a good price.

Don't waste your money on an Orange fire pump. We bought one and after very little use it now doesn't run. Sold with a sticker on pump saying sold and serviced by Think Water Bunbury- so we took it back and they said they don't service/repair what was required. Sent us to mower services shop and after running around wasting our time at multiple shops, discovered the pump is a cheap Chinese knock off that has been relabelled and no repairer in Bunbury/WA is willing to repair as its a waste of their time and money and parts not available in Australia. So the pump is as useful as a paperweight! Money down the drain- now we have to buy an entire new pump.

Jane and I (Brad) contracted with Think Water Bunbury to reticulate our very large garden in Ferguson Valley (WA). Michael and David provided terrific and timely advice. New technologies were used and have proved to be great. The 2 guys who undertook the install could not have been harder working (40 degree days). They were great at their job and great to have on our property. I recommend Think Water Bunbury to anyone seeking good old great service and knowledge. Horrible experience getting thinkwater to do my retic and bore water treatment. The quality of work was poor, customer service terrible. They charge twice what they quote without any warning whatsoever. ⚠️ Avoid at all costs

Very helpful. Great pricing. Spent hours at bunnings looking for what I needed, couldn't find it or even any assistance. Stopped in here, within two minutes I was sorted and paid less than I was expecting.
