The team at Chem Dry provide a flawless service. Customer service is excellent, with friendly, competent staff dealing with queries promptly and completely. My rugs have been expertly cleaned — they look like new rugs! The technicians are also friendly and professional, arriving on time and happy to explain and answer questions. Have used Chemdry recently to dye my carpet due to accidentally getting bleach on it. TBH i didn't know if such service even exists! They gave me a good impression right from the get go & tried hard to fit the job in their busy schedule at a short notice.Antonio arrived on time for the job on the day, was polite and explained what he would be doing & set the expectations at the start of the job. Luckily my carpet is dyeable (Antonio did a quick test to confirm).Antonio did a couple of iterations to try to match the original carpet color as much as he could. He kept me updated during the work.We are really happy with the final result & think that overall that's one of the best services we have had in a long time. Would definitely recommend them.

After a disastrous red wine accident on a relatively new sofa, Chem-dry was recommended to us.It took a couple of attempts but our couch is now restored to its new condition.I was completely overwhelmed by the outstanding customer service, the technician was professional and a pleasure to have on site and I have absolutely no qualms in recommending them.

Highly recommend Chemdry. I was about to hand over a property to new owners and had booked a carpet company who never showed up. In desperation I rang ChemDry as I only had 3 hours until settlement. Chemdry were at my house in 15 minutes. Darren was incredible. Very professional, very helpful and did a truly brilliant job. My nearly 30 year old fairly worn out wool carpet got a new lease of life. He even managed to remove an unsightly stain. I wish all trades were this good!! Fiona

We use this company every year to clean our carpets and rugs. They are amazing. I would highly recommend them. I have used others in the past but once i used chemdry i was instantly won over. Fantastic service from booking to finish. Our wool carpets look, smell and feel so clean. Our technician Dim came on time, inspected all rooms to be cleaned and did a tremendous job. He even provided tips on how to maintain our carpets. Recommend ChemDry highly!

I’ve used these guys twice now and have loved the experience. Communication with head office is easy and regular and the consultants are great. They did an amazing job cleaning my carpets and because of the advice from them from last year I didn’t need to have pet stain or odour removal. Would recommend and will be def using again
