The staff here were incredible! Both Jen and Tiffany made the whole process smooth and stress-free for us, helped us find the right size storage including showing us around the center. They both went above and beyond answering all of our questions no matter how silly they might be. We really appreciated their customer service and would highly recommend!

Do not recommend - bunch of thieves. All the horror stories you hear about storage companies are true with National Storage, Albion. Give you a cheap rate and then increase by $10 every month until it's double the price of what you started paying. Find someone else to store your goods! Would give zero stars if I could.

I recently enquired about storage space in Albion when I was in between houses, in the middle of a rental crisis and struggling to find housing. NS salespeople kept following me up Daily, stressing that if I didn't jump on the special rate I may miss out. I was still trying to find a house in the meantime - because otherwise I would have been homeless. I decided to play it safe and book a storage place, trusting that that would be the right decision, spending money that I didn't have to ensure I could have a backup. I got a call from a salesperson AGAIN with a tart tone saying You said you were going to book the unit and I haven't heard from you"

Clean facility, super friendly staff and super easy to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to store their stuff!
