Great equipped gym, equipment in new/great condition, friendly staff. All hours access short membership options for people travelling through the area. Lots of potential to be a great facility for any training goal.

I still have a muscle tear from this gym 6 months ago..I wasn't listened to when I said I couldn't do certain exercises , due to a muscle condition , by the sports rehab worker.I decided it wasn't for me and ceased my membership...the Manager seemed to take this personally and was rude to me.He didn't ask why I was leaving, which could have assisted the gym in the future.
