I was extremely happy with the service I received from this company. The Website was easy to use therefore I was able to sign up and find the items I needed for a good price very quickly. Great product and great communication, the ease of ordering / payment was fantastic and the boxes were much thicker / higher standard than I was expecting, allowing me to use them in the post as well as consumer packaging on market day. The emails advising me my parcel was ready to be collected at my nearest Aus Post Office (because I'm rural) were great. I think it's very unfair of the person who gave this company 1 star when the courier service is outside of their control, IDIOTS! I would highly recommend them.

Great service and communication! After spending days searching on the web, for a company that could provide custom, Australian Made packaging for our new range, PACKQUEEN nailed it. Approachable on the phone to answer my initial queries (yes, a normal person, and they actually answered the call!) and this during lockdown as well. Following up with quotes,confirmations and shipping within a short time frame.

Packqueen have to be one of the easiest companies to order from. Always delivering professional service, fast delivery and a great product.Their customer service team have gone above and beyond, I missed cut off for next day shipping on an urgent order, the customer service team arranged Air Mail so I could receive my order the next day.

The staff are excellent. I received prompt and helpful responses via email. I was in a panic trying to get white boxes for our wedding and they checked with their warehouse to make sure they were in stock before I put the order through so that when I selected courier delivery they would definitely arrive in time.It is probably best to ask before ordering if you are on a time crunch as some products need to be made to order and take longer.The products arrived and they are just as described. They do arrive flat packed but, there are helpful videos on their website to show you how to assemble. Assembly was quick and easy once I followed the video.

Packqueen provide the most beautiful package for my range of gourmet confections. They were incredibly patient and helpful when I was requesting numerous samples to find the right product before my collection was launched, and thus far their shipping and response times have been super speedy.
