I needed a tyre replaced. Barney made out I was asking for the world. After 24 hrs he returned my tire and it was worse than when I took it there. Shocking Barney !!

Massive thanks to the crew at Auto Plus. 6pm on a Friday, need 2 clamps not exactly sure the correct size. Think these will work he said. How much I said. Try them to see if they work he said. Then sort us out. They worked, no water leak. How is this for service in 2020 in hard nosed Melbourne. Giant thumbs up.

Took car in to have rim fixed. Picked up when ‘completed and paid a substantial amount. Had to take tyre in last week to have a puncture fixed to find that the work was not done properly! Refused to take any responsibility. Absolutely disgusted.

After completely loosing all brakes on my 4wd I managed to limp it in to Auto Plus where I was greeted by Stuart, He immediately got the car on the hoist and pointed out the problem. I was delighted to get such a quick result. Stuart also sourced a part for me which was going to save me buying a new one.Stuart also took the time out to run me home and picked me up from my house after the service was completed which was totally unexpected and appreciated as the weather was terrible.I can not recommend Auto Plus enough. The service was fantastic and great value for money.Thank you, I will be back.

I was charged twice for $50 worth of petrol. I made mention of a refund for the first payment that went through and was brushed off. I questioned how long this automatic" refund would take and was told a few days. I asked for evidence that I would get my money back to which I was told

As an ex mechanic, I like to be able to drop my car off and know it will be done right.These guys gave me pricing up front, and then came in under budget.New tyres and a full service on my jeep, and it is purring like it should.Excellent work guys.

Took my car in for a full service and extremely happy with their mechanic Stuart. He was polite, honest and helpful and had my car back on the road within the day. Very affordable as well. Cannot recommend Auto Plus enough. Will be a returning customer.

If you need your car repaired quickly (let's face it, who doesn't?), don't take it here. Booked in to replace a clutch, quoted as one days work, not complete until a week later. Your staffing issues" are not your customer's concern. If you can't do the work

My 18yr son had his car serviced here. He returned home and it cost him double what they advised. No communication to advise of this.Looking at the invoice I am still disappointed. Completely overpriced, parts are marked up excessively. Would have liked to keep our business local but can’t help but feel completely ripped off. Will not support this business any further. We have 3 cars and will now get our fuel from Coles.

Needed a headlight replaced quickly and they did it on the spot. Very friendly and efficient. Will never use another mechanic as long as I'm living in the hills
