If I could give 10 stars I would!! We nearly gave up putting a pool in as finding an installer was becoming frustrating trying to negotiate whether they were a trustworthy company with a quality shell.... Terry and Karee were my last try, and Im so glad I called!! From the first phone call I was impressed and had a good feeling. Well they never let us down. No question was ever a problem for Terry, he was always happy to go above and beyond and had great advice even when it came to the esthetics of the pool area. Karee was so organised and efficient with all the paperwork, everything worked like clockwork. The team they use to install and concrete were fantastic as well. We are very happy with our pool!!

We had our 9 metre pool installed last month and the whole process with Tranquility was fantastic. The Sales person Shannon was great and supportive all the way. Just amazing that our pool was installed in only 2 days. Fantastic effort!!!! Thankyou Tranquility for building our new pool and just in time for summer.

Our initial contact with Terry was earlier in the year - with our pool installation being delayed as coming out of Covid and all the rain we had in the beginning of this year. Terry was very patient with me even though I wasn’t. Then it all happened excavation , pool lifted in and concrete beams poured. From the team that dug the hole , the team that put the pool in the ground, the team that did the concreting were welcomed house guests all were polite, professional at their respective jobs and communicated in a very friendly manner. We also found Terry and Karee the same way right from the beginning with the approach of selling us a pool that fits the area and equipment capable of running it But also noting there are bells and whistles available if you have that mindset.

Our pool project had some unusual site complexities. Thank you to Terry for his problem solving and engineering skills. Very happy with the new pool and support we received.

Very poor communication. Hard to get in contact with via phone and email. The process was LONG. From our first phone call to organise our new pool, through to the installation and completion, was a total of 14 months. The day of hand over we were stood up, with no apology or reimbursement for money lost taking work off. Left over concrete was dumped on-site for us to get rid of. Apart from this, we are happy with our final product.

We found Shannon and Kirilee very easygoing and nice to deal with. We were very happy with the installation process, despite encountering a mine shaft - minimal disruption and no extra costs to us. Loving our new pool - would definitely recommend Tranquility Pools.

Could not recommend Tranquility Pools high enough. Shannon was amazing at explaining the whole process, options and designs at our initial meeting and was very easily contactable when ever we had any questions. From the moment we signed our contracts to install day, Tranquility Pools were nothing but professional. The product and service are of the highest quality and considering we signed a few weeks out from Christmas, we were swimming in our new pool before the end of summer! The pool was installed and filled within 3 days of delivery without any issues or complications. Tranquility Pools took care of all of the paper work including council approvals which made our lives easy. We couldn't be happier with the end result and so glad that we choose Tranquilty Pools, a local family operated business. We will have many years of enjoyment to come and look forward to Summer!!

Very Poor communication. Terry never answered his phone. Nothing was explained in detail. Their paperwork was contradictory. Some of their workers were rude and did not show up when they were meant to. I would never recommend them and the worst part was they damaged our property and didn’t take responsibility for it.

Pool is great, and Covid did not help with construction delays, my only improvement would be communication as we were never kept informed of dates, progress etc.

Terry is one of the most professional pool builders I have dealt with. He has excellent processes and his approachable attitude ensures a happy client. I will highly recommend Terry to anyone I know what want to get a pool built.
