Useless at following order instructions online.Ordered a Chicken bacon ranch met with Jalapenos and avocado. Received a chicken bacon ranch with Pickle. PICKLE who the fk even likes pickles on any fast food product. It’s not that hard to follow an online order considering there literal text on a screen to read. I’d understand if you mis understood I person but c’non subway pick up your game.

WOW Food Poisoning - Three Staff members on a thursday night, one in training, asked my order about 30 times and still managed to not listen. Had no idea on cleanliness, the amount of times i cringed at the way the food was handled. Finally a *trained* Staff member took over and still completely botched our grilled wraps, for the tuna they used a regular butter knife instead of a measured tool, it was so tin i asked 3 times if that was the correct amount of tuna. When i asked why the wraps weren't being grilled they looked shocked that i wanted the grilled wraps to be grilled so they reopened them moved the filling around broke up the wraps and place them that way in the grill. Honestly i should not have paid or eaten, i can't revisit because the anger is bloody visceral.

Refused to toast my gluten free wrap like every where else does which made it fall apart and unable to be picked up even after asking and saying that's what it will do if it's not toasted

Every time I go there at least once a week they have run out of meats and I have to choose a different meal, they load up the lettuce and put less other salads on the sandwich and that annoyed me so I'm not going to eat at the redbank plaza subway anymore not a happy experience

So rude so rude, I dont understand how the person that runs the business lets these sort of people work there. They dont follow basic instructions. I dont want lettuce but i keep getting it in my sub and when i cl in to remind them nicely they seem to chat back in a rude tone manner. I cant enjoy my subs anymore. The cookies are hard as a rock and when you tell them they answer we cook them the way subway should maaammm" . I think i should complain to Australia fair trade because looking at the reviews indicates the service being very poor."

The chick there was very rude, it was on Sunday 15th January @ around 9:30, the taller female not the petite one was very very rude and had a bad attitude our sandwiches were falling apart and she cut it so messy she might aswell have ripped it with her hands, she looked like she was in a bad mood to serve people early in the morning
