Friendly, helpful, understanding, know their business and much more pleasant to deal with than a courier company web site or call centre. They make it much easier to get things couriered internationally. Their processes and communications are helpful. Pricing is transparent and Excellent Value. Most important is that the items I have sent with them have arrived at the destination sooner than forecast. I am happy to recommend this business!

Excellent service. Accepted the auto parts I wanted to send from Perth to Sydney, packed them and had them despatched within hours. Fast, efficient and professional. Arrived within 3 days - unbelievable, given the delivery times from some of their competitors. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome, awesome service! I went to their Shop first and asked for a quote, which I was given immediately + how long it would take to send something to Switzerland and all other relevant information.Then, sending of the parcel was without a problem as well, I got a tracking number too and the parcel was there in 6 days! I can't recommend Pack&Send enough and will certainly use it again for sure!

Awesome service from the team here sending sensitive audio equipment from Perth to Melbourne. Fast, professional and amazingly quick especially given covid. They are not the cheapest but you get in this world what you pay for and I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend if what you are sending is valuable.

Due to Covid pandemic, all the work places running behind. I had to send my passport documents to Canberra and returned to Perth in urgent. I talked Australian post and they advised that the documents take minimum 10 working days to send and return. As I need with in a week, I called Pack and send in Balcata and asked for help. The store manager (Mark) gave me the hope and I gave my documents to him to send and return back. He used Startrac express service and time to time traced the documents . Whenever he found documents not moving or not delivering he called or emailed them . I got my documents on time because of his great service otherwise I would miss my flight. I am really happy and grateful for his service.

I purchase quite a lot of artworks from Tasmania, NSW and for the first time WA. Pack and Send Balcatta are by a long shot the best packers I have had the pleasure to use. The artwork was so well packed it could have come across the Nullaboor on a camel train and still arrived in perfect condition. Communicatiion also excellent, a pleasure to deal with, can't recommend highly enough.
