I had an excellent experience in the service department with Hayley. My NX200 had issues with the boot from brand new, we had brought it in a few times to have it looked at (Newcastle dealership) and each time the boot would function fine so nothing was fixed. After explaining this to Hayley and showing her videos, she took my issue seriously and did her best to promptly order parts and ensure it was fixed for me in a timely manner. Hayley made me feel like a valued Lexus customer when I brought the vehicle in for the repair, she kept me informed and took me to the lounge area where I could have a coffee. The service level provided by Hayley was exceptional, personal and has secured me as a loyal Toyota/Lexus customer. Thank you Hayley!
