Worst service. In the past I have taken my dog there and very good service. Now there's new staff everything has changed for the worse. Use to take my dog there all the time for day care and just got declined not to take my dog there. Very strange now I have been told this!

Omg the doggy outfits are just gorgeous. My Daisy looks beautiful in her two new looks. She loved her gigantic plush bed. The girls here are just lovely because they always have time to return Daisy’s smooches. Honestly, they have the best products I’ve ever seen: pretty fabrics, gorgeous knits and bright beauty accessories. Really hard to stay away!

Amazing place with very friendly staff that look after my pet like their very own. He loves visiting Dogue and looks forward to time with his friends. Gets fully tired playing all day and sleeps through well at night. The grooming is a very convenient feature and all grooms are quite professional. You guys seriously rock.

I love bringing my dog Moose here ! He can be a bit of a difficult dog but all the staff here are so patient and great with him ! Highly recommend their grooming and daycare services to everyone !!!

Louie visited the Burwood store today for a leash and a harness. The staff who served us was so friendly and helpful. Not only she gave great advice on what colour to choose from the million choices, she was also so patient with Louie and cleaned up his mess without any hesitation. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

Love bringing my dog to Dogue! The staff are lovely and always make an effort to help my dog feel at home, he gets very nervous at the groomer. Always take thorough notes on how I want my dog to look whereas previous groomers have rushed through this step.Store is always pretty too. They’re really popular so I have to remember to book a few weeks in advance.

I love dogue and all the staff love my little girl jenna. Taylah is an amazing groomer who does the best job for jenna and jenna loves everyone there. She gets so excited when she sees the staff, it's really cool to see. When she gets bathed jenna comes home smelling gorgeous. Highly recommended.

Travelled to purchase a lead after seeing it online for for a set price, which is the same as other retailers locally who were out of stock. Was told it was $5 more ($45 for a lead is ridiculously expensive). Was made to wait while she got assistance from her boss on holiday. Told it could not be done. Disgusted it wasn’t price matched given we traveled just to purchase. Won’t bother with Dogue again because they clearly only care about $$ not customers. Sad when the store is empty and won’t last long.

Absolutely love love love DOGUE Brickworks! The staff are always so kind and helpful. My dog has been attending daycare since he was about 4 months old and he gets so excited for his weekly visits. He never naps as hard as a post-daycare nap, that’s for sure. I’m sure he’d give 5 paws if he could! I would definitely recommend checking them out :)
