Great shop! Jono is an amazing employee who was super helpful towards our enquiry, and his sales skills and knowledge of his products gave us confidence in what he was selling, and assured a sale! Definitely would reccommend, the know-how and patience he had even with uninitiated causal customers like us will defnitely make me want to come back if I ever need any more gradening equipment. Top notch quality stuff too! Don't bother going to Bunnings, this guy knows what's up!

Went in store this morning with an idea of what we wanted. Jono really helped us out in the decision making process and ended up purchasing a great grass cutter to suit our needs perfectly.He was able to give us a demo and show us how to properly use and service it before we left the store.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and awesome products.Thanks heaps!

Great store and helpful staff. I was able to purchase a mower and see it run before I left the store. Much better than the big brand hardware store that sells in boxes. Price was competitive and I got a nice reduction on the listed price which was a great suprise. Would happily recommend the Glendale store to all family and friends.

Reserved a product online saying I would pick up on Saturday (today is Monday). Jono rang within 10 minutes of my reservation to let me know the order was ready when I was. I explained I couldn't get there until Saturday and call ended. Less than 3 hours later he called back, offering to drop it off as they had another delivery in my area. Product was delivered about half an hour after that. Excellent service.

Fantastic service Jono was an absolute legend helped me pick out exactly what I was after and also gave me acouple pointers with the projects I was tackling. Won’t be going anywhere else for supplies and accessories.The whole interaction on a late Thursday afternoon made my day and I went straight home to test out the new toys.Safe to say I was not disappointed with his recommendations.Thanks again Jono ill be a repeat customer for sure. Even got the old boy keen to come have a look at some upgrades.

I was at the Glendale shop this morning. I bought a Stihl FS 94 TC brush cutter. The service was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful and all-round good bloke. Shop spotlessly clean. A great experience and happy I spent my money there.
