Always get what you need here. However, there always seems to be a shortage of staff on the floor, rather than having to go right to the rear of the store.

Most of the items are price competitive and good quality. Helpful staffs mostly but I had a very unhelpful day in their store. I guess the guys were not up to the task on that particular day.

Customer service there is terrible. One person decides to just chat away to a customer and not handling the phones which were constantly ringing when I went there last week. Unprofessional and lazy. Not everyone there is bad but some of them need to be retrained in customer service.

Store is well presented, prices are good. The service was ordinary not terrible but not exactly warm, welcoming or friendly.

Not so crowded the prices like any other retail auto shop low in some and high in some but over all not very convincing like pepes and supercheap just shared my humble thought after today's visit i bought six items.
