Paid $400 for a plumber to fix a toilet leak. After two flushes, the toilet was unfortunately still leaking. We called back and got quoted another $385 because it is a different part that requires fixing". We called a few times and were told to expect a call from the operations manager and they failed to call back. We kept calling and finally got through but they refuse to see our point of view and actually acknowledge that we paid $400 for nothing. Will be taking them to Fair trading to get our money back. Such dishonest and disloyal service... Absolute thieves."

GFJ did a great job for me replacing my old combination taps in the laundry. The plumber, Jacob was very courteous and efficient. The charges were very reasonable and they did an excellent job.

GF plumbing did the unblock the drain first and then found the root cause and fixed it properly. There were unknowns and they handled it very well. They were great communicators and upfront with everything they did. They arrived on agreed time and reasonable. Left the site clean. I will use them any time and can’t recommend them enough.

Try to avoid to use their service at all cost. This is a ripe off. Send a guy to come and have a look and charge me for $200. Nothing was done. only took a few photo in order to charge me.You can get many other plumber outside. Stay away from this company. I I hope google can have a zero star rating. They deserve 0 star.

I needed a flow valve tested but i was unable to attend site, the team located, tested and contacted me to inform me they were onsite and the job had been completed, from the receptionist who took the booking to the tradesman on the job, i found professionalism and efficiency at the top level,
