Special thanks to Luke Oppedisano for your exceptional customer service.Stored my one bedroom unit safely and securely for three years - the team assisted me with moving out when I was unable to attend in person due to border restrictions.I’m extremely grateful.

Travelled all the way to North Melbourne, 4 weeks off having a baby and was explicitly told there was stock available by North Melbourne staff, after visiting the store in South Melbourne who unfortunately did not have the stock. I then rocked up to be told they stuffed it up, after the gentleman at South Melbourne confirmed with them over the phone 5 times they had them in stock (urging with the staff I was heavily pregnant), as travelling it quite difficult for me at the moment.Infuriated is an understatement.APPALLED at this service.

Total Legends there, in my book! Twice during all the monumental moves, loads, and stores, I came in grumpy and exhausted. Each time, Luke took my cranky query, turned it around and made solutions on the spot at the desk with transactions and materials, and in the docks with the lifts and trolleys. From a bloke like me, working way past my good limits, your staff approach our daily challenges with flexibility and good charm. Much appreciated NSNM!!!

So lovely to be served by Cameron and Adam. Two very helpful happy gents. I went in not really knowing exactly what boxes I needed and did all of the thinking for me. Thanks for your great service and smiles. Deb

I would give it 1.5 stars technically. The staff were friendly from start to finish. My only issue was that I had my locker broken into and my items stolen. The staff didn't inform me of this break in, I had to discover this myself. When I raised the issue with the staff they were not aware how long this occurred and could find nothing on their security system and kept asking me if I had my items insured. They advised they did regular checks on their facility, but did not specify what they considered regular checks, daily, weekly, fortnightly? I have my items stored at another facility and the difference is night and day.

You can store things here. There are a range of options available, so if you need a small amount of storage or a large amount of storage they can sort it out. Just beware of the three legged monster that can sometimes be seen patrolling the street.

Every time I pick up a parcel the female receptionist / manager is always very rude and patronizing. She should consider a different line of work where she doesn’t interact with people.

Excellent, clean facilities and after-hours access. The staff are also usually very helpful. There is usually enough parking at the facility and usually enough hand trolleys (except at peak times). Rates are pretty standard and reflect CBD fringe, but without the premiums one associates with say Richmond. Access from Macaulay Road is also convenient except at peak hour. Highly recommended.

Without fail, every time I pick up a parcel, the woman who works here is so incredibly rude for no reason. She should consider an occupation that doesn't require human interaction, its really not her forte.

What a FANTASTIC team they are! I have nothing to say about them other than positive. The facility is also very well-organised and clean. We had zero issues during the 4 months we rented a storage there. I remember on our first day, we were stuck in traffic and were a bit late in returning the van before 4:00 PM, but they were very flexible and said as long as it was returned during office hours, it would be fine. Then, we lost a keychain during our move. Luke looked around and found it in the van - what a relief it was! Paige and Steve were also very friendly and nice, genuinely wanting to help you. Luke is an absolute gem! He had a solution for everything and in every step of the way made his best effort to help. He has certainly been one of the most positive and friendliest persons I have ever met!
