Esfa thinks women = dirt. $500 for no ref, no field, no communication. Please enlighten me as to where this money goes.

I have been a player in the ESFA competition for 15 years and have never had 1 good thing to say about them.They have terrible organisation and management skills, charge an extortionate amount of money for registration at $550 for Mens, of which you can often find no referees turning up, fields double booked or in terrible condition.Recently they have shifted to utilising Dribl to organise team sheets and fixtures which whilst the application works well, there is still a lack of information and updates.Something has seriously got to change for a competition that charges $10k per team to play.

My son tried out for the SAP program and had a great experience.
