I have now dealt with this small family company a number of times for remote retractable roof systems and remote blinds/screen for both my home and a very large hospitality business I manage as CEO. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them as they are professional whilst being approachable and understanding of your needs. Their pricing is very reasonable and I have had no issues on quality or lack of follow through from them. Their customer service ethos is top notch. I rarely leave google reviews but these guys merit it as I am that impressed with them

We had our Ozsun shade systems installed 6 months ago. The service we received was fantastic. Jeff quoted and installed very quickly to ensure we had the blinds in time for Christmas which we really appreciated. The cost was far less than many of the competitors and the quality is fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend Ozsun Shade Systems.

We researched awning options for months. When we went through the products on the Ozsun website we found a couple that were perfect. Booked an appointment for measure and quote, received great advice on the day, ordered the awning and it was delivered 2 weeks before the promised date!The installers were brilliant and we are really happy with the awning. Great company with great service.

I had a great experience with Ozsun from start to finish. Allison from the office went above and beyond to help me find the right solution to my small outdoor space. She was very knowledgeable, very helpful and super friendly. Once we decided on the product, she took me through a few options to choose from in terms of type, style and cost. Delivery time was spot on as I was told (I think it was even quicker). Liam and Mark were the men on the job. They were professional and friendly. Did an amazing installation job in no time. Highly recommend Ozsun. Well done guys :)
