Had to replace my entire phone screen recently and these guys did an amazing job for a reasonable price. Great customer service and my phone works perfectly. The ladies were wonderful and the manager, Noah, dealt with my constant questions and emails politely, and replied promptly. I would like to say thank you to the girl who works in the shop, if I remember correctly, her name is Rachel.she is very patient, helpful and kind, my phone was badly damaged, she helped me to fix it, there is a lot good memories in my phone, I can't imagine if I lost my phone. I was told by another store that there is no way they can fix my phone, however, Rachel only takes one hour to fix it, she is very professional , I really appreciate it!

I wouldn't recommend this business - I would spend a little bit more money and get your phone fixed properly. I had a screen replacement done here ($95) and 3 days later after putting my phone on charge overnight, I discovered in the morning that a cracked had appeared across the new screen. I took the phone in and explained the situation, I was accused of dropping the phone and to email their complaint email. After explaining the situation again, I was once again told that it was physical damage and they again stated that it couldn't be possible that it was any fault on their behalf - instead offering me a 50% discount on a second repair. The staff were incredibly rude and it is so disappointing to spend money on a service, have the product fail and then be accused of lying. Do not shop here.
