When dad passed we knew straight away who we wanted to take care of him. Every funeral we have been to done by Templeton Family Funerals has been so special, but experiencing their service was something else. They made everything possible and guided us each step of the way, with what seemed so overwhelming. Templeton Family Funerals was the only funeral service that answered my initial telephone call promptly (I left messages & emails with 3 other funeral services that were never answered). Hayley, initially in handling my enquiries, then Elizabeth, in handling all funeral details, showed patience, compassion and understanding in all our dealings. They made us, especially mom, felt at ease during our time of sorrow with dad's passing, and kept us in the loop at all times. Ellese and her team provide an exceptional service in the most difficult of circumstances. Farewelling someone you love is never an easy task but with Ellese and her team there to guide and support us every step of the way it became a memorable and heartfelt celebration of our Mum's life that was true to her.Ellese and her team were always patient and made sure that all the tiny details were perfect. Ellese was able to effortlessly attend to, and assist with the more practical side of organising a funeral such as, arranging care for our Mum after she passed, embalming, paper-work, liaising with venues and celebrants and organising burial/cremation.Templeton family funerals provide genuine support and care and we will be forever thankful for giving us the chance to say a meaningful goodbye and celebrate our Mum's life with joy, uniqueness, and welcome and supported sorrow.
