Like most here I was introduced to Springwood Lawyers (Emma) when my Father passed away and I became the sole executor. It was a very busy time of the year (Just before Xmas) but a call to the office and shortly thereafter I was speaking to Emma, who developed a plan to get the ball rolling on our behalf. Springwood Lawyers provide excellent service, professionalism while remaining sensitive enough to cater for our needs during a difficult time in our lives. I engaged Springwood lawyers after being unhappy with the service and skills of the previous law firm that represented me in the matter. I had called quite a few firms and went with Springwood Lawyers.After switching to Springwood Laywers, It was a night-and-day differecne. It was clear that they had the experience and tactical know-how.I mostly dealt with Collin, who is a great down-to earth person and lawyer. He explained everything and gave realistic expectations without overpromising or overcomplicating things.Would reccomend.

We had a very poor experience with Colin Smith and Springwood Lawyers. Our final bill was three to four times higher than Colin’s initial estimate, with no increase in the scope of work from what we described in our initial meeting. They were very slow preparing our final agreements, but nevertheless they were riddled with literally dozens of errors, several of which were legally significant. Based on our experience, we would strongly caution against using Colin Smith and Springwood Lawyers.
