8 weeks ago they took a $88 call out fee, said they would order the part to fix the fridge, many texts and promises later still have a broken fridge , so will have to go else where and pay another call out fee, lies and deceit is all I can say

Not even a 1/4 of a star... Supposedly fixed our dishwasher and claimed he provided a three month warranty, charged $120. Dishwasher failed immediately, tried to call him multiple time to advise him and when he finally answered, we scheduled a time for him to come and fix. Didn't show up, no call nothing to advise. When he finally took our call again, he didn't show up again! Still won't answer calls. Fair trading will definitely be getting a call.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Takes the call out fee, didn’t bring any spare parts, arranges 4 further appointments where I had to leave work early each time!!! Never showed! No longer answering his phone! Appalling service. So disgusted. I always try to use our local tradies! Been 3 weeks and our dishwasher is still broken and hanging out of the cupboard sad he left it!Cheaper to buy a second hand dishwasher than getting this guy to repair it!!!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I paid $110 for a 10 minute consult a month ago to see about a replacement cooling fan for my all in one microwave/oven unit. I have not had any response even after more calls. I ended up chasing this information myself only to find out that the part is now obsolete. Looks like I now have to replace the lot. I don't begrudge paying a call out fee but without so much as a follow-up, this is just a rip-off.

Unfortunately one is the lowest rating I can give negative would be more apropiate. Do not use this service, over a period of five weeks he did not return calls or texts. Arranged appointments that he did not show up for.I finally bit the bullet yesterday and bought another oven which I had installed by another service provider (Nowra repair services) within a day.If I had known what this service was like I would have save a lot of time and stress by not using him He is happy to take your call out fee but doesn’t follow through with repairs he advised he would do. If he had advised me that I had to replace the oven, I would have had one five weeks ago.

DO NOT USE.Came out 10 weeks ago. Took his $120 call out fee and promised to get the replacement part within a week.Still waiting.Told me at least three times over the phone that it was on the truck from Smeg in Sydney.Still hasn't arrived.Is now ignoring phone calls.His business would be more aptly named, Jervis Bay Call-Out Fee Collection Service.
