Not one to leave many reviews. Terrible business, I was quoted 1800$ to change a heat resistor for my air con. I said why is it so expensive. They told me they needed to take the whole dash out to do the work. I decided to look into it and found I could but the part for 140$ and replace it in less that 5 minutes. So that’s what I did. Never going back. Completely lost my trust

Mark is so rude and inappropriate in his engagement with customers I actually wanted to sell my car so I never had to deal with them again. Southport not much better - just inept and no thought for the inconvenience of customers.
