Staff are amazing, they all go above and beyond.I am able to ring up and place an order for sandwich and have it ready on my arrival.Staff are always smiling and extra helpful. Everything is always well stocked.If I'm after something that I'm unable to see in shelf and I know that they previously sold it. They will always do an extra check out back for me.Can not fault this team. Highly recommended.Keep up the good work.

Before I could put fuel in my car the cashier summoned me to the counter over the loud speaker to pre-pay for my fuel as my licence plate number had flashed up on her internal system. I could only prepay enough to fill my car up 60% then I had to flag the attendent to let me continue to fill my car up and go back in again. It was a total waste of time and no explanation why my licence number was flagged. I won't use BP ever again - it was embarrassing.

The night shift guys are so very kind and helpful, and especially during the covid Plandemic this was the only servo I came too.

Don’t know how to use rewards

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I thought I was at Karen's restaurant. I suggest everyone stay clear of this joint.

Stopped in for petrol and coffee last Sunday afternoon and the young guy who served me was so friendly and chatty. Really nice to see genuinely good service, it really stands out when people make an effort. Thanks for cheering up the otherwise wet and grey-sky day

Don't try and order a large coffee at 4am. Apparently it doesn't fit through the night window door, and it's too hard to pass it through the actual door like anyone with half a brain cell would do. Life IS pretty complicated though.

Generally my teams go-to for brekky however today was an awful display of customer service by a young employee named Thomas. Unfortunately i am unable to use a mask for which I have an valid medical exemption and was told I would not be served without a mask. I frequent this store everyday and this is the first time I have ever been ejected from a store ANYWHERE. Thomas informed me he 'didn't care' if I had an exemption, it was 'his store' and I was 'welcome' to go elsewhere. Unfortunately Thomas, its not your store...you just work there...All other staff have always been kind and helpful. My employees and i will no longer be frequenting this particular store for our regular morning coffees/fuel and breakfast. Thank you for your advice Thomas. We will indeed go 'elsewhere' Such a poor and rude attitude in an otherwise friendly store.

The staff are usually very friendly. I got such a shock when I decided to quickly grab a sandwich from their deli section. I did not expect such a great sandwich for $5.50. I can see why all the tradies stop in here for their breaky and much.
