Unfortunately that was my experience today.I ordered a smoothie which is said to be made with coconut water on the menu. The gentleman serving me was slow (like he was bored at work...) despite the line of customers. He made my smoothie with plain water. This place is really great. I stop here late at night enroute to Toowoomba and the staff are absolutely lovely and so welcoming. They make my day and I smile all the way up the Range. They also make a great eggs benedict toastie and coffee. I really look forward to stopping.

I can't get good coffee here any more. Had a shocker from here tonight and haven't had a good coffee I've liked for several visits now.

Drop in every week on my way to Toowoomba. Deborah always remembers me and my order. The other staff are also v. nice. Good coffee and great service.

Called in for a coffee and a snack.To say I was disappointed is an understatement. There was only one person serving behind the counter and several customers waiting for service. There were other staff there but they didn't seem to be to worried about helping out. Terrible. Slack is what I call it.I ordered two coffees but as for something to eat forget it. The hot box looked like a world extinction event, empty.I have been going to this particular BP for a number of years and I'm wondering what happened to make the service go that far downhill.I'm not blaming the staff member behind the counter at the time but more so the other staff that were there and their lack of customer care or worse still, letting one person to do everything.Disgusting work ethic.

Food advertised at one price but charged at higher price .......

Always busy, great to see, excellent customer service, a good choice of foods for that Sunday brunch and hot coffee's. Been coming here of the past year off and on, always pleased with the service, a great stop for fuel, food and pit stop on that long journey to Gatton and beyond. Thumbs up everyone.

The worst customer service experience I ever had in a servo. Athyna the name of the girl who served us. Didn’t even greet us, so rude, no smile and when I said thank you she didn’t even care responding. I will never stop here again.

Rudely and unlawfully refused service by Debra (who did not wear a mask properly over her nose) for not wearing a mask due to health reasons (medical exemption). Rudely asked to leave when asked for a coffee. Formal complaint against BP lodged to Queensland Human Rights Commission.

On 3/9/22 I stopped at BP Blacksoil on my way to see my elderly father in Millmerran ( I was traveling from Sunshine Coast) and I purchased 2x$50 Mitre 10 gift cards for him as a Fathers Day gift. 5 days later I received a call from my Dad to say he had tried to use one at his local Mitre 10 but they rejected it because it had not been activated. I called BP Blacksoil 1420 Warrego Hwy, Blacksoil QLD 4306 where I had purchased them and they told me to bring them back. I explained that it would be a 700km round trip for me to do this and that I required a refund. They asked if the sales assistant had swiped the cards and I said no she just scanned them and took my money. The girl told me to call back the next day as she would speak with her manager. The girls name was narrelan. I called back the next day as she suggested and was again told I would have to bring them back. I told her that I was not doing a round trip of 700km as it was THIER untrained staff who made the error causing me embarrassment and what's worse my 84 year old father embarrassment at the checkout! I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company. Very poor form for BP particularly for an outlet on a major highway which services traveler's from all over. I've made my last purchase with any BP.
