Would select “no star” if that was an option. I have to say, that experience was by far the worst. Richard is rude and condescending. It must make him feel better about himself by treating people that needed help with their tax like absolute rubbish because there’s no other explanation. Disgusting!!! A little compassion and maybe some people skills would go along way. Would not recommend him to anyone with Tax or business affairs, and I’d seriously look elsewhere if your considering booking with him. Really wish the other Tax agents were available to book at least they may have shown more respect and class.
