Don't make the same mistake i did. Be sure to shop around first. Paid $450 for a pen i could've paid $335 for from pen city or even $283 on-line from P.O.K. I'm happy to pay a bit more for an in-store purchase but price gap was massive. Contacted store next day about this and was told boss doesn't discount and was along the lines of it is what it is. I did get a free refill cartridge though. Not happy and never again from here.

Outstanding service is always a pleasant experience! I needed a refill and spring for second hand ball point I had purchased elsewhere. It was no trouble to try Parker (which fitted) then Schaeffer (which fitted better). I walked out very happy.

I am so happy they reopened. The renovated store is brilliant. It looks so much better for staff and customers.I enjoyed the inks testing stations for pilot iroshizuku and Lamy crystal.Staff are friendly and helpful I enjoy visiting just for a chat.Website is looking revitalised too! Lots to look forward to with this company.
