Loc Sing Restaurant

Went there with group. The service was appalling. Had to get waiters attention constantly. Not even glasses or water on table. Had to ask for everything. Even the menus. Ordered the banquet. The food portions per person was dismal. One plate of each dish shared between 7 people!! Not nearly enough considering it cost us $30 per person. Want a decent meal... go up the road to dum dum dumplings

We visited orange today and we ordered fired rice, salt pepper tofu and hot n sour soup. The dish is on the small side for the price. Taste was not bad. The service was really good and the waitress was friendly and attentive. The space is big and table were 1.5 m spaced. There weren't many restaurants open in orange during holiday.

Good quality food in a clean, orderly setting.Lunch specials are reasonably priced, noticed that the portions have changed, yet are still quite adequate.

Great service the waiter was very friendly and patient and attentive to my food intolerance needs. I was able to relax, knowing that if he didn't know the answer he would be back in 1 to 2 minutes with a clear answer. He knew the menu well and was able to offer some alternatives.

Never miss coming to this restaurant when I am in town. Authentic food great variety of dishes and lovely atmosphere now that got it 4 stars. The wonderful customer service Evelyn was what got it the 5 stars. This young lady could have been serving in any of the top restaurants in Sydney and they would be lucky to have her, beutiful smile lovely personality and nothing is too much trouble. Oh and the crispy chicken in shallots as recommended was a real winner.

Staff were lovely and generally a nice atmosphere. Food was tasty and it was a fun dinner for me and my two little ones. I thought it was expensive until the food came out and I saw how generous the servings are. Would definitely go back

Ok so just to make it clear, I am not generally the type of person to complain or make a fuss over little incidents but the way staff made me feel tonight was disgusting.I’ve Personally never had a problem ordering from loc sing until tonight.- firstly, I rang to order for myself and my work colleagues for dinner as we were on late shift.- loc sing is a common place we order most Friday nights, however with the 3 in 1 combo they always, if we ask, replace the 3 prawn cutlets with spring rolls if requested and we have never had an issue for the past two years we’ve ordered. Last week we even ordered the 3 in 1 without prawn cutlets and they replaced it with spring rolls without an issue.- now the lady I was speaking to didn’t speak English very well but I was patient and just clarified to her she wasn’t understanding what I was ordering which I said kindly. She then put me onto another lady who I then repeated to tell her my order again and she then begun to tell me if I want spring rolls they are dinner packs not the 3 in 1 ( rudely ) so I was like ok fine put them under this and so she did.- when I arrived I asked for a new paper menu that had dinner packs on them. She gave me another “new” copy of the menu however dinner packs were not listed anywhere. I asked her nicely where they were listed and she advised me they are lunch packs but at dinner even though it says 11:00am till 2:00pm.- I was baffled at how rude and impatient she was and to expect customers to know things on the menu that aren’t even listed.- I was polite the whole time and the colleagues and I that ordered actually work in customer service and have been getting loc sing for years.both outside of work and during work.Just a tip to the staff being rude learn some patience and maybe you will not lose regular customers and like I said I work in customer service and I understand everyone will get painful customers but at the end of the day I was kind and I wasn’t to know you offered things that were not on the menu, and I know for sure if I ever spoke to a customer that way, not only would I get in trouble for speaking to someone that way but my career of choice would be in question to. I will not be returning as it takes one rude person to put a bad taste in your mouth. Ta

Never go to this place in Orange. Waste of money, wrong place for Asians to go and eat. No taste, no spice chemistry in food, the item prepared do not marry with the sauce that was mixed into, just boiled chicken and pork, no politeness. It’s just a place for drunken people to fill their stomachs which they hardly care about the taste when drunk, lol. The receptionist doesn’t even care to respond customer’s dissatisfaction in a proper manner. You just eat rubbish like an animal, tap your card and go.

I've eaten here a couple of times during my short stay at Orange. Service and food was great in all occasions. The dining room is cosy and decorated well, although it is usually empty (I see a lot more people turning up for take-away). My favourite is their light, creamy and delicious curry.
