Since my last service at BMW, an error message saying ‘secure vehicle against rolling’ been popping up every time when you unlock your vehicle and turn ignition off. If you do a google search, several forums will tell you it’s caused by a snapped spring inside your gear selector and to replace at BMW in Australia will cost between $2500-$3000. The forum also says it’s safe to drive if you don’t fix it, but the error is annoying as hell as it pops up frequently.I found BM sense through a google search, and by luck the technician happened to be located in Sydney. John is brilliant to deal with, friendly, highly experienced and specialises in replacing this spring in the gearshift. For $400, he drives to where you live and replaces the spring in just under 2 hours.Thank you BM sense, you fixed my vehicle and saved me thousands of dollars. I am a happy bimmer driver again and I highly recommend John’s service to anyone who is having this warning.

My tyre pressure light came on my car so I google it, found out that I actually need to check it regularly. I searched tyre pressure pump station and found Ozzie Car Car. The owner John is patiently explained everything to me and takes time to answer my questions then help me with all the concerns I have. Really 5 stars service. John has been great with repairing my Mini.
