The staff are real nice and professional but it took ages to get my pool cleaner fixed. I’m not mad though

Excellent customer service by devesh and AaronI recently bought a house with a pool in it. This is my first time owning a pool and didn’t have any idea maintaining it. I was outside for a month and when I came back my pool had gone green. I went to cool pools Belconnen and devesh really helped me out. He very nicely explained me what’s was the reason my pool went green and then showed me ways how I can get rid of algae from my pool.The steps he explained were very easy for me to implement, how to get rid of algae by putting algaecide and shocking the pool by chlorine and then putting clarifier and backwashing the pool. The head tech Aaron was also present there and showed me example how to backwash and what I can do to maintain my pool. I am now a regular customer at cool pools of canberra and would really recommend it to everyone.

Not open when their website or signage advises, professionalism has dropped and equivelent" products now sold instead of BioGuard have made my pool cloudy

Annoyed that there are no prices on any products at all. Can never tell how much things cost till the end result.Quite sure this is not allowed.

Friendly service. Great advice. They now do my monthly clean. Had my pump and chlorinator replaced, was done in reasonable time and price. Thank you Janet and the crew of your help getting my pool back into shape!
