I look after a number of properties all over the place and I receive invoices from all kinds of tradespeople every week. I had a toilet fitted (toilet supplied) and a hot plate disconnected and expected the bill to be around the $500 vicinity which would be normal it was about 1.5m of Pipe and a toilet tap. I received a bill of $700 which I queried saying it was a bit steep. First time i have ever questioned an invoice from a tradesperson. And the gas was left disconnected when they left. If your after a small job to be done use laser plumbing over these guys. They have also charged two lots of travel for parts that I believe they should have with them for a job like this. This was not an urgent job and was booked weeks earlier.

Prompt professional service

Be very aware. They we contacted by another plumber on our behalf to come out with a camera to inspect a blocked pipe and when they turned up unannounced, without the camera, tried to unblock the pipe without knowing the cause of the blockage and upon being unable to to fix the problem left, leaving a card for me to call them when I got home. The number on the card disconnected,try mobile number, leave message and when they finally return my call, they seem to not know anything about the job but in turn are quick to try and sell me a $20k sewage system. After refusing this offer they send a $250 bill. I contacted another plumber who arrived with a camera found the problem and fixed it in no time and with a $200 bill. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
