My Space Psychology Practice
Can't say I've had a good experience with this place. I contacted them through the 'Contact Us' form on their website explaining my situation, then got an email back telling me to call them.I had to try and call multiple times before I was able to get through to someone who said they would 'call me back in 5 minutes'. 40 mins later I got a call back and was told someone would 'call me back in the next 2 days', despite them already having all my information and a doctors referral ready to go. It's been a week now and I've heard nothing back from them.Bad customer service for somewhere that's supposed to be there for people in desperate need.
