A BIG thankyou to Mel and her team at Australian Caravans at Heatherbrae for the exceptional service we received today. We took delivery of a new van a month ago only to find that our new car would not tow it. Mel was incredible, even to the point of not wanting us to tow it down from Forster to Heatherbrae due to safety issues. Suffice to say, not only did we choose a new Caravan but we also received a refund. I can’t speak highly enough of Mel and the team, would highly recommend anyone to purchase a Supreme or Leader Caravan!!

I turned up at 0953 for an interview for a storemans job with Ricky at 1000. I was told he was moving caravans and would be with me soon. At 1027 I was still standing at the reception area. At 1029 i walked out without having the interview with Ricky. I understand people are pressed for time and work needs to be done but the lack of respect for my time and effort to turn up for the interview was not considered at all. Surely someone else could've moved the caravans or someone else could've have interviewed me. Fortunately for me my 1100 interviewer was punctual. After a good chat and a demonstration of my skills he hired me on the spot. I start Monday the 19th. If I could give no stars in this review I would. Very poor communication from Ricky and Supreme Caravans in general. But its their loss, not mine. Here's some free advice for Ricky - as someone who has managed teams bigger than yours don't be disrespectful and leave people waiting. Not even for 2 minutes. And if you're running late, apologize in person. Dont send a lacky to do your job. Some free advice for Supreme Caravans -review your staff who are allegedly team leaders or supervisors. Or at least train them to be as such.

Recent update - the team have now responded and importantly are actioning our major issue quickly- van is back to be checked and repaired - hopefully we will have it back next week as we have already started our LSL.To date we are disappointed in service , follow up and return calls re issues leave us feeling like 2nd class after they have taken our money - picked up van only 2 days before- we were looking forward to joining the club and having a wonderful experience but not so far.

We purchased a Caravan from Supreme in 2016 and have had nothing but excellent service since. We are true Grey Nomads and live in our van. Unlucky to have our van hit by Hail on 3 separate occasions, each time put back to new by Supreme. Supreme pride themselves on being a family company and make their customers feel part of that family. We have recommended Supreme to many friends and some have bought one on our advice, experiencing the same level of excellent Customer service that we have.
