I recently visited this post office to apply for my passport and had a very pleasant overall experience.The staff and manager at the post office were extremely approachable, friendly and supportive of all queries I had regarding my passport application and made the entire process so hassle free. They definitely surpassed my expectations of service from an aus post office. This is my go to post office now! Big thumbs up!

Good location, reasonable service from the team except for fat old guy who has often been mentioned on other people's review. Clearly I wasn't the only one offended by his rudness and laziness. He doesn't want to do the work he's paid for - He made it very obvious he didn't want to take my baby's passport photo and turned us away with very unhelpful and unpleasant manner. Other staff are ok.

It’s really convenient with plenty of parking, and unlike most of the other post offices in the area, there is never too much of a wait.The lady in this post office is generous and friendly everytime I am at the post office, she has gone above and beyond for me with service and we always have a lovely chat. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
