POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IGNORES MESSAGES ABOUT YOUR ORDERS AND DOESNT MAKE ORDERS IN TIME PROMISED. WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN.Ordered and paid for a jumper from Ej nearly two weeks ago for my sons birthday I was told it would be ready in a week then I added a shirt to my order after nearly a week I had sent Ej a text checking where my order was up to I never received a reply so three days later I went in to the store to be told by his assistant that Ej was on holidays all week and he knew nothing about my order he called Ej who said he didn’t make my order and would call around and see what he could do by Wednesday otherwise he would give my money back I said that wasn’t good enough and I would need my money back today he said there was no money in the store so not only did I have to look around somewhere else to get my Stuff made I was made to wait for my refund all Ej said was how many times do I want him to apologize.Very poor customer service Will not shop here again.
